What’s Slide Slam?

Slide Slam is where PowerPoint meets improv comedy in a battle of hilarity. Contestants take the stage armed only with their improvisational genius and a deck of random slides they’ve never seen before. Their mission? To deliver the most side-splitting, jaw-dropping presentation imaginable.

The Grand Prize

The winner of the Canadian Finals will not only earn the title of Canada’s Slide Slam Champion but will also receive $1,500 in travel funds to represent Canada at the world championships in Amsterdam.

Details of the Contest:

• 40 participants
• 25$ entry fee
• Qualifying timelimit per participant is 4-5 mins
• Semi Finals & Finals is 5 mins per participant
• Qualifying nights will be up to 24 participants each night
• Semi-finals 12 participants
• Finals 6 participants
